FAQ

At the Action Aquapar we want to ensure that you have only great experiences. We are always available to answer your questions, to offer you an advice or hear your suggestions. Visit us at the Guest Relations desk. Our helpful staff will be glad to assist you. At the Action Aquapark we expect all guests to behave appropriately. Severe violations of park's policies may end in ejection from the park without any refund. For more information, please review the park policies below.

CARD HOLDERS AND RE-ENTRY

Card holders must present their passes to gain entrance to the park. Card entry is only valid once a day. Guests who leave the park and plan to return must get their hands stamped before they leave the park at the exit/re-entry gate. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Action Aquapark policies and is strictly prohibited.

FOOD, DRINKS AND COOLERS

Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Action Aquapark. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.

PETS

Pets with the exception of service animals are not permitted in the park.

COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering the park, each guest grants Action Aquapark the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration.

WEATHER ASSURANCE POLICY

Action Aquapark remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

Due to the inconvenience that a closing creates, Sandcastle has created the weather assurance program according to which: if all of park's water attractions are closed for at least 60 minutes during one day of operation, ½ price coupons will be issued to those guests that present a properly dated receipt or a ticket stub upon leaving the park.

If park management closes the facility for a whole day, a ticket for another day will be issued to those with the properly dated receipt or ticket stub.

Both the ½ price coupon and full day ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.

INTRUSIVE BEHAVIOR

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior, offensive to other visitors may lead to ejection from the park without any refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

LINE JUMPING

Line jumping is strictly forbidden. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.

ABUSIVE LANGUAGE

Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.

PARK POLICY COMPLIANCE

In addition to the Action Aquapark Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local and state laws, as well as individual park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
