• ATM - For your convenience, ATM is located outside the park's entrance across Ticket Offices
• Lockers / Safety Boxes - lockers are available for rent near the Front Gate. All Lockers allow easy, unlimited access throughout your entire day. The price for lockers are 3.00 BGN and for safety boxes are 5.00 BGN per day (subject to availability)



 
 
                                                                                                               

Because Action Aquapark is a family park, we expect guests to behave appropriately. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund. For more information, please review the park policies below.

Important factors to consider when visiting Action Aquapark for the first time:   

• Always keep an eye on your children, they are still your responsibility. Lifeguards cannot watch every single person in the pool constantly, other areas e.g. play structures such as the H2O Adventure Island, may be unattended;
Read all signs especially those at the beginning of the waterslides as most waterslides for Health & Safety reasons are not suitable for guests with physical disabilities, impairments and those who are pregnant;
Identify deep and shallow water areas;
Walk with care using handrails where provided;
Be aware diving is not permitted in any pool;
Be aware of the lifeguard's locations and to follow the lifeguard's instructions, it is for your own safety;
All children under the age of 8 (eight) should be supervised in the water by a responsible person 16 years of age or over;
This person may be responsible for up to 2 (two) persons under the age of 8 (eight);
Children under 4 (four) should be supervised in the water on a one:one basis regardless of whether they can swim or not;
Children who are 8 (eight) or over and are weak / non-swimmers should be supervised in the water by a responsible person of 16 years or over;
All children under 10 should be accompanied in the pool hall by a responsible person 16 years of age or over
Safety / Depth Signs: please ensure that you read all safety signs, these are located in the changing rooms, on the ramp to the pool hall, on the sides of the pool and at the top and bottom of all waterslides.

BEHAVIOR
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

DRESS CODE
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Six Flags strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear.

LANGUAGE
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.

PARK POLICY COMPLIANCE
In addition to the Action Aquapark  Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local and state laws, as well as individual park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.

PETS
Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals.

FOOD, DRINKS AND COOLERS
Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Action Aquapark. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.

CARD HOLDERS AND RE-ENTRY
Card holders must present their passes to gain entrance to the park. Card entry is only valid once a day. Guests who leave the park and plan to return must get their hands stamped before they leave the park at the exit/re-entry gate. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Action Aquapark policies and is strictly prohibited.

COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering the park, each guest grants Action Aquapark  the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration.

RIDER RESPONSIBILITY
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.

RIDE RESTRICTIONS
Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Relations.

LINE JUMPING
Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.

LOOSE ARTICLES
Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Action Aquapark  and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

RESTRICTED AREAS
Guests are not permitted to enter restricted areas, including ride and backstage areas. Personal items that are lost in ride areas should be reported to the ride operator and Guest Relations. Action Aquapark  will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the park without refund.



 
                                                                                                               

We want to ensure you have a great experience at Action Aquapark, Sunny Beach. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice, and hear your suggestions. Visit us at the Guest Relations kiosk at the Main Gate, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with park information.

PARK SECURITY
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through security and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.

SEVERE WEATHER
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. All restaurants and bars will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

Weather Assurance Policy Action Aquapark remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Due to the inconvenience that a closing creates for our guests, Sandcastle has created the weather assurance program. If all of the park's water attractions are closed for at least 60 minutes during one operating day, ½ price coupons will be distributed to those guests that present a properly dated receipt or a ticket stub as they exit the park.

If park management closes the facility for the day, a ticket for another day will be issued to those with the properly dated receipt or ticket stub.

Both the ½ price coupon and full day ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.

PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.

LOST CHILDREN
We encourage you to establish a meeting place in case your group becomes separated. If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact the Action Aquapark employee or security officer for assistance.
