Waterpark Birthday Party Policies

• Minimum of 8 attendees required to book a Waterpark Birthday Party.
• Reservations can be made anytime; however they must be made at least 2 business days prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees.
• 20.00 BGN deposit required with reservation. Full balance is due on arrival.
• Cancellation or reschedule of party must be made at least 24 hours before arrival date or 20.00 BGN deposit will be forfeited. Please call +359 88 6661999
• Birthday cake or cupcakes are permitted; however, no other food, beverages or coolers are allowed in any common areas of the waterpark.
• Guest are welcome to utilize any of the dry deck space located in the park on a first come, first serve basis.

Action Aquapark offers full organization of your day event (cocktail, team building or just a family celebration):

• Reservation of designated zone and full day access;

• Organizing of transportation;

• Welcome the guests with assistant, available at your service during the day;

• Organizing of lunch by customer request (in the main restaurant, cocktail type, etc.);

• Organizing of all day long animation program (sport games, competitions with prizes);

• Sound and music for your event. DJ availability, speeches, etc.;

• Action Aquapark will work after 19:00 h especially for you;
